一、个人简介

工学博士,教授、博士生导师,泰山产业领军人才(创业领军人才)、海右计划产业领军人才。从事木塑复合材料的基础理论创新、关键技术突破、工程化研究与推广应用、轻质高强竹纤维复合材料、竹材全材高质工业原料化、装配式建筑部品开发等研究。主持国家自然基金面上项目、青年科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、广东省重点领域研发计划课题、广州市重点研发计划项目、山东省重点扶持区域引进急需紧缺人才项目、济南市海右计划产业领军人才引进类创新团队项目等10余项。曾获广东省技术发明一等奖1项(2023)、黑龙江省技术发明一等奖1项(2018)、中国木材保护工业协会科技进步一等奖(2024)、中国木材保护工业协会优秀专利一等奖(2025)。出版专著《基于动态塑化的木质纤维塑性加工原理》、著作《中国木质建材行业智能制造研究与实践》,参著《木塑复合材料制造与应用》、副主编《定制家具终端设计师手册》。申请发明专利86件,获授权46件(其中美国、欧洲、日本发明各1件),在复合材料和林业工程领域国际重要学术刊物上发表SCI收录论文70余篇,其中第一/通讯作者论文50余篇。现为中国复合材料学会天然纤维复合材料分会副秘书长、中国林学会木材工业分会第十届理事会理事、中国林学会木材科学分会委员。
